Rules and Regulations for a Comfortable Stay

  1. Accommodation Limits: Each villa has a designated capacity for adults and kids. Additional guests can access extra rooms or beds through our front desk for additional charges.
  2. Non-Smoking Policy: Maintain a clean and healthy environment by strictly adhering to our non-smoking policy in all rooms, attached toilets, and indoor areas.
  3. Liquor Regulations: Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, as liquor consumption is not permitted inside rooms or near the pool area.
  4. Music and Noise Control: Respect fellow guests by limiting loud music in open areas after 9:00 p.m. Small Bluetooth speakers are allowed with consideration for neighbors.
  5. Event Venue Usage: Utilize our poolside covered party area exclusively for events and buffets. Please refrain from cake-cutting inside rooms for cleanliness and maintenance.
  6. Pet Policy: While we appreciate pets, they are not allowed within the resort premises. Plan accordingly for your furry friends.
  7. Kitchen and Dining Cleanliness: Guests preparing their own food should maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas for a hygienic stay.
  8. Professional Cleaning Fees: Additional charges may apply for professional clearing services, if required, due to guest-induced untidiness.
  9. Swimming Pool Etiquette: Adhere to swimming pool hours for safety. Guests must supervise kids, follow pool rules, and avoid entry without dry-fitting clothes (available at an extra cost).
  10. Cleanliness Responsibility: Use dustbins and avoid littering in public places within the resort to maintain cleanliness.
  11. Health and Safety Measures: Guests are advised to carry their own medicines, with a basic first aid kit provided at the resort.
  12. Prohibited Items: Strictly refrain from bringing hazardous goods and materials considered illegal by the Indian government.
  13. Strict Bans on Premises: Prohibited items include gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals, and pungent foods.
  14. Photography and Property Respect: Photos taken inside the premises should not be used for any business or commercial purpose without written consent from the management.
  15. Respect for Property Settings: Guests are requested not to disturb existing settings, both movable and immovable.
  16. Nighttime Safety Measures: Avoid moving outside the property after 9:00 p.m. for personal safety.
  17. Pool and Room Etiquette: Refrain from wetting rooms or villas when moving directly from the pool to the room. Exclusive change rooms and bathrooms near the pool are provided for convenience.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  1. To ensure a seamless experience, a 50% payment confirms your booking.
  2. Enjoy peace of mind with a 50% refund on cancellations made 30 days before your reserved date.
  3. During booking or check-in, a soft copy of a photo ID card (driving license or Aadhar card) needs to be shared via WhatsApp or email (embeholidays@gmail.com).
